Using state of the art plasma techniques a large range of coatings can be created that add functionality and properties that were previously not possible.
Chemical reactions are involved which occur after creation of a plasma of the reacting gases. The plasma is generally created by RF (AC) frequency
Diamond-like-Carbon is an amorphous carbon coating that is ultra hard and which is mainly used to coat medical instruments.
Titanium Dioxide is used to coat medical implants as it is superhydrohilic and provides self-cleaning properties.

Our coatings have many advantages:
Wear resistance
Super-hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity (Parylene)
Extremely good osseointegration and Bone-Implant Contact (BIC)
Attachment of therapeutic substances on carbon coated implant surfaces
Antimicrobial photocatalytic functionality industry applications
Good adhesion to various substrates
PECVD
DLC
TiX
Excellent hardness
Polymer based coatings such as Parylene create waterproof and physically protective coatings. It forms a conformal and uniform coating which follows the surface.
